our name implies quality, which will apply to all properties that we represent. Having been the developers, we know the Adagio property and
units better than anyone else. However, our development team has been on 30-A for 10 years (since 1995). We are extremely familiar with all
of the real estate on 30-A and will be happy to help you with listing or purchasing homes, lots, or condos.
Adagio Realty is a full service real estate company. Our 130 Adagio owners own many other varied properties and are constantly looking for
new real estate ventures. Adagio Realty also serves as the onsite company for Adagio rentals. This produces hundreds of clients each year

Our advertising program is extensive. Adagio purchased a half page in the Tourist Development Council's Visitor's Guide and a full page in
the Walton County Chamber of Commerce's yearly booklet which are mailed out to all inquiries received by these agencies. Our Southern Living
ad, one of our primary sources of advertising, produces over 400 leads weekly and brings us many prospects for sales and rentals.
Adagio is featured on 8 different websites, which also bring us numerous contacts. This Spring we advertised in a travel planner which appeared
in 60 newspapers throughout the Southeast / East Coast with a 4.5 million circulation.
